Yoga helps us realise our true identity and purpose in life. Everyone has value and yoga encourages courage, curiosity and creativity to discover this.
The teaching of yoga was practiced in India around 3000 years ago to change inner perception and holistic body awareness. Today I offer yoga courses in different styles and levels. Regular yoga courses and personal support promote your well-being and mindfulness. Your Health is important to me. I look forward to seeing you!
Yoga classes strengthen the body, mind and soul through breathing techniques, meditation and stress reduction exercises.
Yoga in personal care offers individual attention to achieve tailored needs and goals.
In small group courses, participants receive personal attention in a supportive atmosphere for joint training.

Garbhasana relaxes the spine, neck and stretches the back muscles. In this position, the knees are supported and the forehead is placed lightly on the floor while the arms are relaxed at the sides.
The cobra is a well-known yoga exercise for the back muscles. You lie on your stomach, support your hands at chest height and slowly straighten your upper body, with your face pointing slightly upwards.
The cat exercise strengthens the muscle tone of the legs and arms and relieves the strain on the back and stomach. A "cat's hump" and a hollow back are formed on all fours, then arms and legs are raised diagonally.
The tree is a classic yoga balance exercise. One knee is bent, arms brought together in front of the chest. The hands are raised above the head when the stance is stable.
