Philosophy

The Sanskrit word yoga means “union” and “integration”, the “tightening” of the body to the soul. Yoga has been proven to have health-promoting effects and alleviates symptoms such as sleep disorders, headaches and depression through targeted exercises. Stress-related illnesses are avoided through regular yoga, as many treatments are based on meditation and breathing exercises.

My journey to yoga

Hi my name is Claire and i first fell in love with yoga in 2016, i would go to my local studio and just couldn't get enough of the feeling it gave me, trying all the different styles and teachers, learning how to

 reconnect mind/body through movement.

Little did i know that one day it would lead me to also do my training there and put me  where i am today! a 200hr Yoga Alliance Teacher as of March 2020

Even now i am still learning and the passion to share the power of yoga grows and grows

Hatha Flow

beginner friendly and those with good practice too, all you need is a mat, other props will be provided
