Holistic yoga

Holistic yoga promotes body and mind through asanas, pranayama, meditation and ethical principles. Muscles, joints, fascia, immune system, digestion and mental health are strengthened. Concentration, sleep, mood and stress management are improved. Self-confidence, self-love and compassion are promoted.

In my yoga classes I offer well-founded lessons without promises of salvation or esotericism. Anyone can start yoga and get to know themselves better. Accept the invitation for more strength, lightness and satisfaction in life.

Private lessons

Individual private lessons offer 100% attention and tailor-made yoga for your needs. Individual yoga therapeutic lessons promote health, mobility and mental well-being. Contact me for a preliminary discussion and experience self-efficacy through your personal yoga program. Not a replacement for medical treatment, but a holistic supplement.

Small groups of 2 people or more

Ideal for groups who want to practice yoga in an intimate atmosphere and share experiences, i offer flexible options in different locations. We have developed special programs for occasions such as bachelorette parties.

In addition, yoga as a company health promotion promotes well-being, stress reduction and concentration at work through targeted exercise, relaxation and meditation.



Yoga with me

 I recommend that you wear comfortable clothing that allows you freedom of movement, some people love to bring a blanket for the relaxation at the end of class and even an eye pillow, these of course are only optional not a neccessity . Yoga props will  available for you all you need is youself and a mat.

Workshops

I love to do workshops

this might be on one evening a month or more 

usually last between 1 to sometimes 2 hrs

i do beginners workshops guiding you through the basics and fundementals of yoga.

 

Reiki infused yoga Nidra nights

this is such a beautiful evening, in candlelight we settle into laying on our mats i guide you into yogic sleep where you drift between the sleep/awake state 

Yoga nidra is very healing in itself some claim 45 minutes of Nidra is equal to 3 hours of sleep

combine that with Reiki and you have pure bliss
